Our Commitment to Privacy
bee2.io LLC ("we", "us", or "our") is the data controller responsible for PDFb2. PDFb2 is built with privacy as its core principle for business and corporate users. Unlike most online PDF tools, your files never leave your computer. All PDF processing happens entirely on your device - ideal for legal, financial, and healthcare documents.
Zero file uploads. Your business documents never leave your computer.
Anonymous use: When you use our tools without signing in, no personal information is collected. You can download up to 3 files without an account. We only collect account information (email address) if you choose to create an account for additional downloads.

About Our Analytics
We use analytics to understand how users interact with our website (which pages are visited, which tools are popular). This helps us improve PDFb2. Analytics collects anonymous data such as page views and general location (country/city level). It does not have access to your PDF files or personal documents.

Important: These services only handle account and payment information. They never have access to your PDF files, which are processed entirely on your device.
Data Retention
Inactive Account Policy
Free accounts inactive for 6 months (no sign-in activity) are automatically deleted to maintain system efficiency and data hygiene. Before deletion, we send reminder emails at 1 month and 1 week prior. Simply sign in to keep your account active. Paid accounts are not subject to automatic deletion.
